For Yoga Teachers
Lead your retreat. We handle the rest.
Run your retreat at Khanom. We handle venue, booking, deposits, and excursions; you teach. The terms below are unheard of in the yoga market.
The terms
Hosting a retreat usually means upfront venue deposits and minimum-fill targets. We've inverted both.
-
01
Deposit only when students are confirmed.
Most retreats start with a non-refundable venue deposit before any student has signed up. Yours doesn't. Khanom Yoga only collects a deposit on the venue when a student confirms; the upfront risk of an under-fill is on us, not you.
-
02
Free accommodation, even with one student.
Most hosting services require a minimum fill or charge the teacher for their own room. Khanom Yoga doesn't. If one student arrives, your accommodation at Aava is included. If twelve arrive, it's still included.
-
03
Full back-end handled.
Booking, deposits, balance collection, airport transfers, excursion coordination, food, on-the-ground operations. All run by Khanom Yoga. You walk in and teach.
The split
What we run, what you run.
Khanom Yoga handles
- Venue selection (Aava Resort & Spa as flagship, plus partner properties for lower-price-point retreats)
- Student booking and communications
- Student deposits and balance collection
- Airport transfers from Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat
- Local-experience coordination (excursions, hikes, food experiences)
- Meals and dietary handling
- On-the-ground operations during the retreat
You focus on
- Teaching the practice
- Your students
- The retreat content and arc
- Anything you want to add to the week
Venue
Aava as flagship. Partner hotels for lower-price-point retreats.
Aava Resort & Spa is the flagship venue Khanom Yoga uses for hosted retreats. For lower-price-point retreats, partner hotels in Khanom are also available; we'll match venue to your audience and budget.
What makes Khanom different
Your students get the place, not only the practice.
Most yoga retreats are: nice hotel, morning class, students figure out the rest. Khanom Yoga curates the week — pink dolphin tour, jungle waterfall hikes, fish-spa hot springs, Thai farm visit, sunset beach acro. Your students get the place, not only the practice.
