Yoga, Fitness & Wellness Retreat

Two yoga practices a day, three real meals, a waterfall hike and a pink-dolphin tour. [Placeholder: max group size], with ocean-view rooms at Aava.

Duration
7 days, 6 nights

A week of slow mornings, salt air, and a daily rhythm built around two yoga practices, real food, and a few small adventures.

We host only [Placeholder: max group size] per cohort so you’ll never feel like a number, and so the schedule can flex around what the group actually needs.

[Placeholder: setting/location framing — voice TBD]. Quiet beaches, real fishing villages, jungle waterfalls a short drive inland, and a resident pod of pink dolphins offshore. Aava Resort & Spa hosts the retreat: a small, owner-run property where the rooms open onto the sea and the kitchen takes our dietary briefs seriously.

You’ll leave rested, stronger, and with a practice that feels portable.

Guests

What people say afterwards.

Khanom is what southern Thailand was twenty years ago. Quiet beaches, kind people, real food. The retreat fit the place — slow, generous, well-run.

Aiko N., Japan

Wellness Retreat — March 2025

I came expecting a week of yoga and left with a daily practice I've actually kept. The pace, the food, the fact that the cohort was small enough that Gabe remembered everyone's name — none of it felt like a package deal.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What's the experience level?

All levels welcome. We split the morning practice into two streams (one for newer students, one for experienced) so the pace fits the group.

Are flights included?

No. We pick you up from Surat Thani or Nakhon Si Thammarat airport and handle the rest. Most guests fly into Bangkok and connect domestically.

Solo travelers?

Most of our guests come solo. Rooms are private (single supplement applies) and the cohort cap of [Placeholder: max group size] makes it easy to know everyone by day two.

Refunds and rescheduling?
