Yin & Restorative Immersion

A slower retreat for the over-trained, the under-rested, and the curious. Long holds, breathwork, and unhurried days by the sea.

A retreat for the practitioner who has done enough vinyasa, the professional who hasn’t slept properly in a while, and the curious newcomer who wants their first introduction to yoga to be slow.

Yin holds in the mornings — the kind of three-to-five-minute postures that do their work in the connective tissue, not in the muscles. Restorative in the evenings — fully supported, fully passive, designed to drop the nervous system into a state most modern lives don’t visit often enough.

Between practices: real food, the sea, and time you don’t have to schedule.

What people say afterwards.

Khanom is what southern Thailand was twenty years ago. Quiet beaches, kind people, real food. The retreat fit the place — slow, generous, well-run.

Wellness Retreat — March 2025

I came expecting a week of yoga and left with a daily practice I've actually kept. The pace, the food, the fact that the cohort was small enough that Gabe remembered everyone's name — none of it felt like a package deal.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Is this only for advanced students?

No — quite the opposite. Yin works regardless of flexibility or experience. If you've never held a pose for five minutes before, this is a good first time to try.

Will there be any active practice?

Optional gentle vinyasa is available before breakfast for anyone who wants movement. The core programming is yin and restorative.
